APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

We encourage you to arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to ensure total relaxation and enhanced treatment results. This will allow you time to slip into a robe, use the wet areas and relax before your treatment. Arriving late for your appointment will simply limit your treatment, reducing its full benefit and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest and the same treatment price will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you find the need to cancel your appointment, please allow 6 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% surcharge. A "no show" will incur a 100% surcharge.

RESERVATIONS

We recommend making a reservation at least one day in advance.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

• Your health and safety come first. Please help us by completing the lifestyle consultation and inform us of any physical condition that may prevent you from having some of our spa treatments.
• Please leave all your valuables in your guest room or in the locker provided when visiting the Spa.
• As the spa offers each guest the chance to relax and rejuvenate, we appreciate you turning off or switching your mobile phones to silent mode.
• For Spa minimum age admittance is 13 yrs.
• Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in the menu prices and are only acceptable if you feel your experience warrants it. We want to make sure your experience with us is relaxing, so there is no pressure to tip if you feel it is not warranted. If you feel your experience was unsatisfactory, please let us know and we'll do everything possible to correct it, before you leave. Also, please be aware that prices are subject to change without notice.
